Stadium of dreams

The Stadium of Dreams in Stuttgart is a place for everyone. A place to linger, exchange ideas, meet and experience. The temporary building, specially constructed for this purpose, is being created in collaboration with the architecture firm "Umschichten", who are known for their work on topics such as upcycling, constellations of people and materials, urban identities and the representation of different social and cultural groups in a city. The building thus becomes a playing field for culture that deals with precisely these themes. The chosen setting on Marienplatz also symbolises this. A young, diverse, culturally enthusiastic audience; plenty of restaurants; good transport links - the living room of Stuttgart's south.

Supported by the local cultural scene, a colourful programme is presented for every age group. During the day, creative workshops and sports activities invite you to join in and an exhibition invites you to linger. In the evening, theatre, cinema and live and DJ music will attract people to the urban environment. All activities are free of charge.
